How your purchase is delivered

All our products are digital downloads: software you download and run on your own computer. No physical item is shipped, so there are no shipping costs, no customs and no waiting.

• When: immediately after payment.
• How: for products paid through Stripe, you are taken straight to your download page after payment. For products paid through Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy, the payment provider gives you your download right after payment.
• Where: worldwide. A download works in every country.
• Cost: free. Delivery is included in the price.

If your download does not arrive

Email [email protected] with the product name and the email address you used at checkout, and we will send your download to you.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason needed. See Terms · Refunds · Contact.
