The tools on The Work page are digital products: software you download and run on your own computer. Nothing is shipped (see our Shipping Policy). You pay once, in euros, at the price shown. There is no subscription.
Payment is handled by Stripe, Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy, depending on the product. After payment you are taken straight to your download. Please enter a correct email address at checkout. If a download does not work, email us and we will send it to you. Prices may change, but a change never affects a purchase already made.
LIHNOS and the Light in the Dark coaching services are sold on their own pages, under their own terms.
If a tool is not right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. No reason is needed.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics and no tracking. The Pinterest button is a plain link and loads nothing from Pinterest.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. Some pages load fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from Cloudflare's cdnjs; those services receive your IP address when your browser loads them. The Ark pages remember your language choice in your own browser only.
When you buy, the payment provider (Stripe, Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy) processes your payment under their own privacy policies and shares with us your name, email address and what you bought. We use this only to deliver your product, answer you, handle refunds and keep the records the law requires. If you email us, we use your address only to reply. You can ask us at any time, by email, what we hold about you, or to delete anything the law does not require us to keep.
When you buy a tool, you get a licence to use it for your own personal or business purposes, on your own computers. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute the files, unless the product page says otherwise.
The tools and everything on this site remain the work and property of Spiridon Tsakonas. Please do not use them for anything unlawful, or tamper with them in a way that harms others, except where the law gives you that right.
The tools are provided as they are. We work to make them do exactly what they describe, but we cannot promise they suit every need or every computer. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using them. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.
When you buy a tool, you get that version, complete and working as described. We do not promise new versions or updates. If a tool does not work as described, you are covered by the 14-day refund and by every right the law gives you as a consumer.
These terms are governed by Greek law, and disputes go to the competent courts of Athens, Greece. If you are a consumer, you keep every protection the law of your own country gives you.
